We are so excited to share our latest video with you.  This one took a bit longer to make, but it is the best one so far.  

In case you wondered, the actual shooting of the video clips did not take that long at all.  What takes an incredible amount of time is editing the shots and adding in the audio.  For this particular subject it took a bit longer due to the fridge/freezer time required for making truffles.

The result was far better than I expected and the truffles?  Well, they were pretty darned good, too.
