Today's Nest on HGTV.com: Hanging Outdoor Bar
19
We are so excited to announce that our hanging outdoor bar project that we told you about in a post a few weeks ago is finally ready to view (and tackle) at HGTV.com. There you will find all of the instructions and materials list to make one for yourself.
This project was so fun to complete and the results speak for themselves. The best part is the materials were very inexpensive and the wood for th project is almost completely from repurposed/recycled shipping pallets. Head over to the article and HGTV.com for full details and read on for some more pics.
The 'bar' portion of this project unfolds and becomes the door to the cabinet. Closed up it looks like a wall hanging. We made it to complement the pallet patio cocktail table we made last year. When opened for business the cabinet reveals enough space for 8 wine glasses, at least 8 short glasses, and at least 8 tumblers. The bottom shelf easily holds 10 bottles and miscellaneous items.
For other pallet inspiration check out our Pallet Picnic Table or Butterfly Art.
