Basic Chicken Stock (revisited)
6
Chicken stock is a staple in our home. We use it for so many recipes. Having real chicken stock around made from real ingredients that you saw with your own eyes is a great advantage. Making it is so simple and all the stuff you need is at your fingertips.
Today we are dusting off one of our very early posts, Kitchen Help: Basic Chicken Stock to share our tips and tricks with you. The camera I used then was very rudimentary and I wasn't even quite sure what I was doing yet, but the information is so valuable that we thought it beared repeating. Enjoy.
