We're dusting off another of our very (very) early posts today for those of you who may not have been following up two and a half years ago.  This is one of my favorites mostly because I absolutely LOVE pizza.  I'll admit that there is something really great about finding a local pizzeria that makes the perfect pie with no effort on your part beyond swiping your card.  However, making pizza at home is fun, easier than many think and a great way to get the kids in the kitchen.

I have kept the original photos (altough we've come a long way) and edited them some to freshen up the look.  The content from the original post Thatsa Nice: Pizza at Home, however, is still all you will need for from-scratch authentic homemade pie.
